According to the Nashville Medical Examiner’s Office, Keith also had nicotine and alcohol in his system and had mild coronary artery disease.

Keith was found unresponsive in his Nashville apartment during a welfare check in June. Authorities did not suspect foul play, and the medical examiner noted that drug paraphernalia was found nearby.
