Scaling content production is less about working faster and more about planning better.

In this one I show the workflow I use to turn a single layout into a full campaign. Everything starts on a Firefly Board, where I keep my creations and references together. I build the base piece in Illustrator, import the file straight into the Board, and from there Adobe Firefly AI Assistant (beta) adapts it into every format I need. I select the file from my cloud folder, explain the variations, answer a few questions, and it delivers. Fine adjustments still happen in Illustrator, and the results go back to the Board so client approval is easy.

This is part of a creative engineer’s workflow: design and technology together, with craft and curation in the delivery.
