A duck under is a great takedown for wrestling or jiu jitsu Here’s a good way to hit it when your opponent keeps getting wrist control I also have other set ups for this. A super duck was impossible for me to hit since I always had to be in contact so this is my version of it. It was very successful for me especially in wrestling thanks to my buddy blindguy_jiujitsu for all he’s taught me from one blind guy to another and of course the GOAT kurtpellegrino for taking a couple of blind guys under his wing #jiujitsu #mma #wrestling #howto #takedown
