ERRA, Louder Than Life 2026

LIVE REVIEW: When you experience ERRA live, you know you are face to face with the real creme de la creme of metalcore. That excellence just radiates off them.
And with this appearance at Louder Than Life, smack bang in the middle of a tour across the country celebrating their stellar new album ‘silence outlives the earth’ and ten years of the seminal ‘Drift’, they’re in even more formidable form than usual. And that’s saying something.
Pulling on who they once were and forcing it through the mesh of who they are today, they hit a stunning balance.
Every crushing breakdown feels like diamonds being sliced in half. Every gorgeous melody like reaching for the stars and almost grabbing onto something. From the soaring refrains of ‘black cloud’ to the fluid worldbuilding of ‘Drift’, it is the most luxurious sort of heaviness, and it has all those here to witness completely enraptured and enamoured.
Rounded out with a razor-sharp ‘Snowblood’, the band’s place at the very peak feels more cemented than ever.
Receiving every flower that they so greatly deserve whilst dealing out the sort of noise that reminds you why you love this scene so much?
All in a day’s work, really.
