## Caption

Some BTS of how we got this shot. Instead of using the multi flash feature on my Godox BM 600 and my AD 200 split on each side (slightly behind my subject and feathering the angle), I opted to manually fire the flash to make sure I got the start of Kayliana’s pose, and the apex of her jumps/movements. Some moves needed her to take a bit of a pause or a moment before jumping so this technique allowed me to fire when I knew she was going to be in position rather than her trying to match the speed of the flash.
