Don’t talk about sexism or race or disability

When it comes to STEM, many women FEAR retaliation very badly whether in school or the workplace. You know what’s happened the few times I’ve spoken up? Nothing. I didn’t get what I wanted, but I was not harassed, physically harmed, or fired; my tires were not slashed, and my complaints were documented, hopefully can help someone else. By staying silent, you are upholding a sexist culture.
