A truly special and humbling evening ❤️ the_bhf

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the British Heart Foundation Dinner Awards where alongside Scott Allan we had the honour of presenting awards to some truly remarkable children for the Young Heart Hero award.

To stand alongside these young people and hear about the resilience, strength and courage they have shown while facing heart conditions, surgery and challenges no child should ever have to experience was incredibly moving.

The smiles, the bravery and the spirit in that room are something I’ll remember for a very long time. The awards may have been about recognising their and others courage and dedication to research, live saving actions and outstanding contributions but I think everyone there left feeling inspired by the many winners acknowledged that night.

A huge thank you to the British Heart Foundation for the incredible work they continue to do, supporting families and funding research that changes and saves lives.

A special mention to carolineblairuk for such a beautifully presented and hosted evening. She really is the best to ever do it 🎤 ❤️

It was a privilege to play a small part in such a meaningful evening, and I’m proud to offer my support to the charity — not just on nights like this, but moving forward into the future too. ❤️

And most importantly, to all of the amazing children, their families and all of the winners that night , thank you for allowing us to share in your special night. You are all truly inspirational.
