Finding @csaffitz’s rough puff pastry recipe changed my worldview on puff pastry!! #plugrapartner Exponentially easier to make compared to croissant dough but maybe even more delicious—each bite is a little dense yet flaky and sooo flavorful from the butter layers.

@plugrabutter is my favorite for its rich flavor but its slow churn process also makes for an ultra-smooth and pliable butter that’s a dream to work with when you’re (sort of) laminating dough.
