One of my favorite bake offs to date! You’d think whole wheat bread is not that exciting, but I loved how different all the flavors and textures were. This was all in service of finding a copycat version of the whole wheat bread from sanbenitohouse and ironically as soon as I published this post, my editor did actually find a recipe from San Benito that I will be trying asap!
