As a quick refresher: in 2020, I baked 9 different pecan pies in one day and asked 33 tasters to rate them. 

The crowd favorite (and the pie I’ve been making ever since) uses no corn syrup, just butter and brown sugar for a deliciously classic flavor profile: @kingarthurbaking!
