DIY almond paste with just 3 ingredients (not counting water)! For the ingredients to make 175g or 2/3 cup of almond paste, you’ll need:

heaping 3/4 cup almond flour (90g)
9 tbsp powdered sugar (70g)
1.5 tbsp water (20ml)
1/2 tsp almond extract
