Maple glaze 🤝🏼salty sweet crumbs 🤝🏼 cinnamon apples 🤝🏼 a tender, buttery marble cake. This is one of my favorite cakes I’ve made all fall!

The flavor of the butter really comes through in this simple cake–for the best results, use a high-quality European-style butter like plugrabutter! The higher butterfat content of Plugra also means an even more tender cake crumb because we’re working in more fat and less water into the plush cake base.
