Though I was reluctant to do this bake off (I am lowkey a nut hater in baked goods, they are sometimes acceptable but not always), this was actually such an interesting one! Does melted white chocolate in place of butter make for a better wcm cookie? Should we be browning/creaming/melting butter for the doughiest texture? Does chopping nuts finely make a big difference in the end texture? All of these questions and more answered in the blog post!
