Juan Gonzaba, 39, pleaded not guilty to five felony charges in a San Diego courtroom on Wednesday, stemming from a police chase in which he drove a stolen Tesla onto the Pacific Beach Boardwalk and hit a woman. The woman hit by the stolen Tesla remains hospitalized with a fractured spine and broken ribs.
