pesto burrata & steak focaccia sandwiches with peaches from the garden !! imma need at least one more month of summer please :)

- sourdough focaccia baked in a sheet pan so it’s thinner! definitely toast this as we’re adding a lot of softer layers!! 
- burrata (shred with a fork in a bowl prior)
- basil pesto
- seared and sliced steak
- (optional) heirloom tomatoes (if you don’t love a juicy sandwich, then skip!) 
- sliced peaches briefly caramelized in brown sugar and butter
- basil
- baby arugula
- traditional balsamic vinegar
