The Isabella County Board of Commissioners renewed four agenda items for the Commission on Aging, such as services provided at the center, brining meals and socialization to older people in rural communities. ⁠

A semi-annual request was also approved for submission to the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe for 2% award distributions this year, which would bring about $570,000 in funding to Aging.⁠

The board also discussed changing how the meeting minutes are recorded to avoid misinterpretation of what is written to avoid any legal action against the commissioners. Chairman Frank Engler said that minutes should be changed to what was done, such as motions and items approved.⁠
