## Caption

🧄 Garlic Parmesan Dipping Cheeseburgers 🍔

Sauce: Sauté 4 minced garlic cloves + equal amount white onion in 2 tbsp butter. Add 200 ml cream, simmer, then stir in 60 g Parmesan. Season with black pepper, paprika, chili flakes & salt.

Burgers: Smash 350 g beef mince into 4 patties in a hot, oiled skillet. Season generously with salt & pepper. Flip, top with cheddar, cover and melt. Stack 2 patties per burger.

Toast buns and layer sauce, lettuce, tomato, double patties & pickles.

Cut in half, place over a pool of garlic Parmesan sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with fries. Dip & enjoy! 🤤
