This week marks the start of the rebuild

Every season I take months to decide my goals alongside visualizing who I will become to win the tasks ahead.

The answer was more speed and more machismo. So to start of strong I decided to start riding my single speed mountain bike every week until I break the bike or it breaks me. Day one was tough but I ended up getting some records along the way so I’m happy.

See you all on a start line soon #bicepswinraces
