Hi Cuties … let’s spend a slow down weekend in the mountains reconnecting with what matters. We have partnered with Glendalough Distillery to share their Pot Still Irish Whiskey. What I love most (besides those notes of cinnamon and toasted wood!) is their heart for the land. They look inward, finishing their whiskey in native Irish Oak and planting seven new saplings for every tree harvested. 

Glendalough Pot Still Whiskey Sour: 

Ingredients:
1 ⅔ oz Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey
1oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
½ oz egg white (or egg
