🇮🇹 Visto che entro il 2030 non possiederemo più nulla (ma saremo felici, cit.), o peggio ancora che l’AI ci farà tutti secchi (cit. di questi giorni), allora sapete cosa? I soldi me li mangio! 😂

Ho trovato questo fantastico ristorante di ciccia buona, labraceriascandicci, che ha anche la mia carne preferita — e ci credo, direte voi! LOL — la Wagyu A5 giapponese.

Menu della serata: prosciutto di Wagyu come assaggio iniziale, crostini di polenta grigliata con crema di pecorino e tartufo e, per finire in bellezza, Wagyu A5 giapponese.

E una menzione speciale va anche al personale: gentilissimo, disponibile e davvero accogliente.

I found this fantastic place for seriously good meat, labraceriascandicci, and they even have my favorite one — and of course they do, you might say! LOL — Japanese A5 Wagyu.

Tonight’s menu: Wagyu prosciutto to start, grilled polenta crostini with pecorino cream and truffle, and finally the star of the show: Japanese A5 Wagyu.

A special mention also goes to the staff: incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely welcoming.
