## Caption

Tom Prior of fordhampreplax breaks down the Color Drill.

This goalie drill uses colored balls, quick decision-making and controlled shooting to train goalies to get to the ball, get set and make the save.

Add tennis balls, resistance bands or other variations to increase the challenge. For more in-depth demos and coaching videos, visit the link in our bio! #IMLCACOACHES
