This doesn’t not look like much and very well might play into the “pickleball is for old people” narrative, but to me this video speaks volumes as to why pickleball is the greatest sport in the world. Aside from working on her mobility and balance, pickleball is getting a woman who is over 100 years old out of the house, exercising, being part of the community, and keeping her brain sharp.
