pork egg rolls 🐖🥚 recipe below… #cooking #eggrolls #pork #appetizer #fried  ingredients: 1 lb pork 1 cup cabbage mix (I used the bagged mix) 1 large carrot, grated 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped 1 tbsp ginger, grated 1 tbsp garlic, grated 2 green onions, chopped 1 bundle bean thread noodles, soaked and chopped 1/2 sweet onion, grated 1 tsp fish sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 -2 tsp salt 2 tsps sesame oil 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tbsps oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce  1 pack egg roll wrappers Neutral oil for frying * Fry at 350 for 4-5 min (until filling is 160F and golden on the outside)
