🇬🇧 DAY 9/10: Your degree alone won’t build your UK career.

I came to the UK as an international student too, and one thing I wish I understood earlier was that your degree is only one part of building a career here.

While you’re studying, start building the rest:

💻 Build your LinkedIn presence
🤝 Get into rooms and build genuine connections
🌍 Meet people from different cultures & perspectives
📚 Keep learning beyond your course
🛠️ Create projects, content or a portfolio
💼 Use your permitted work hours to build skills + experience
🇬🇧 Understand UK workplace culture
🎓 Connect with alumni & mentors
🚀 Start BEFORE you graduate

Don’t wait until your final year to suddenly start thinking about your career.

Your degree is the foundation. Build the rest.

📌 Save this if you’re an international student in the UK.
