Day 8/10: Starting a business as an international student

I didn’t come to the UK knowing I’d become a founder. My startup journey actually began while I was at Warwick, through the university incubator.

And if you’re an international student thinking about building a business in the UK one day, you can start preparing from Day 1. 🚀

📚 Read + learn about business
🎓 Join your university incubator & entrepreneur societies
💡 Explore problems & ideas
🤝 Meet people in your industry
🧪 Test your idea & get feedback
📊 Start documenting your research & traction
🌱 Build your network before you need it
🇬🇧 Learn about the Innovator Founder route early

You don’t need to have everything figured out in your first year. Use it to learn, explore, test and build.

And if you don’t know where to start with your business idea, I’ve created a Business Plan Template for Beginners to help you structure your thinking.

👇 COMMENT “BUSINESS PLAN” and I’ll share the link.

Save this if you’re an international student who wants to build something of your own one day. 🇬🇧🚀
