These are my answers to the questions I am constantly asked, but they are also lessons I have learned as I have grown alongside my clients through the work we have done together.

Next month marks 10 years of M Media. Had these women not taken a chance on me, M Media would not exist. By allowing me to support their dreams, they have made mine come true. What a beautiful gift it is to be surrounded by powerful women who have changed not only my business, but my life.

To be an M Media client means you are a woman we not only believe in, but one I personally admire.

Team M Media works on branding, marketing, strategy, production, and growth. But to work with me means I trust far more than your talent or business judgment. I trust your character and the way you move through the world. I believe in you so deeply that I want others to have the privilege of seeing what I see in you. That cannot be faked, written into a contract, or bought with a retainer. It has to be sincere. For me, it always is.

That is how your talent manager should feel about you! There should be an authentic connection, genuine care, deep respect, complete honesty, and real conviction about where you are going.

My roster is intentionally very selective because my clients should never have to compete for my belief or loyalty. I am so in awe of the women in my world that I can’t help but rave about them to anyone who will listen. That admiration is not part of the job. My clients really are that good. I couldn’t ask for better, because I already have the very best.

Their influence on me is just as profound. They have changed how I think, how I work, my own goals, and how I see the world. Their courage, talent, resilience, extraordinary bravery, and ambition continually raise my own standards. My life is richer because they are in it. M Media may help build their brands, but knowing them has shaped me, too.

They are the reason I love what I do, and I am endlessly grateful that I get to do it with them! XO -MA
