⚠️ 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓: #Canes RFA defender Alexander Nikishin requested a trade from the club at the end of this past season, per Pierre LeBrun.

The 24-year old had 11 goals and 33 points in 81 regular season games for Carolina last year.

Lebrun reports that the trade request is still in place and the player remains unsigned as training camps get set to open later this week.

The player has been in trade rumors all summer and was linked with various teams including #NYR, #Pens, #Preds, #StlBlues, LA, BOS, WPG, and more.
