幸福是你可以快樂的做你自己想做的事。那個事情，可能隨著時間改變，但只要在那個moment，可以去做，我就覺得很幸福。

幸福也是一種選擇。即便你掉入了大黑洞，但看到什麼，要用什麼樣的態度生活，是你的選擇。在和Nelson交往的這四年裡，我有掉入低潮，他也有，以前我會很著急，很想要有人趕快把我拉出來，或者很急著要把人拉出來，但慢慢發現，在一個安全範圍裡，給予彼此空間去探索低潮，你會找到很多答案，甚至探索出新方向，相信彼此，都會走出來。
