BM content… and I might even have one more 😬 but really the most important slide is 18 where me and my parents are trying to protect ourselves during a white out at 3am while Xander dissociates looking out into the dust. Totally fair. highlights:
Put on a black wig and became a new person 🩰 💦 (thank you Camp Mysic and @jakeresnicow for bringing out the freak in me)
Had a very special moment with a stranger who became a teacher (head to my substack for more on that, as well as a special edit from / the full set @ Playground)
At Long Feng I threw Justin Vernon’s voice from one of Bon Iver’s greatest songs into the playa dust
Brought back one of my first remixes (Pump the breaks for a little up and coming artist who goes by @domdolla)
Did a first time test drive of a new one: My Love Letter to Frankie Knuckles
Had an epic b4b with some magical women at Playground facilitated by the queen @juliasandstorm
And the real win for me was being driven around on the back of my fearless leader @kailynavery’s tricycle all night. 👯‍♀️
