Chicken Kababs Recipe  Ingredients: 600gms chicken mince 1 tbsp garlic paste 2 green chilies crushed 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika  1 tsp garlic powder  1 tsp coriander powder  1 tsp ground cumin powder  1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano  2 tbsp coriander or parsley chopped 3 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 tbsp oil or ghee In a bowl add chicken mince and all the mentioned spices, grease your hands and shape small kabab patties as you like. Shallow fry for 6-7 minutes each side until fully done Or Air fry/bake at 180C for 12 minutes, flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
