Microsoft introduced a code designed to keep advanced AI under human control.

Germany says simply stopping AI development is no longer viable. 

That contradiction is the signal.

We want AI capable enough to act for us.

But every additional capability creates another permission that must be controlled.

Meanwhile, $100 million just flowed into Delos Data, a startup building networking technology for increasingly complex AI data centers. Its bet is simple: the agentic era will require different kinds of processors to communicate extremely quickly. 

This is where the AI race is moving.

Models get the attention.

Infrastructure gets the leverage.

Compute.

Networking.

Permissions.

Security.

Orchestration.

Control.

The next AI empire may not be built around the smartest model.

It may be built around the system that safely lets millions of intelligent machines do things.
