Exercise #2: The Receiving Test. 🪞

How easy is it for you to receive?

Take a look at your actual response the next time someone offers you something. Because it tells you everything about your love pattern and your identity.

If you're the one who always says "No, I got it. I'm fine. You don't have to. It's easier if I just do it myself." Or — "I'll get you back" the second someone does something nice for you?

That's an immediate red flag.

Knowing how to receive — knowing how to say "yes, please," knowing how to say "thank you, I'll take that" — is a skill. Receiving is a skill.

And it's one worth building, because when you can't receive, you can't rest. You stay in output mode indefinitely — giving, fixing, managing — instead of allowing support in.
