## Caption

The startup cost is pretty low.  The time investment can be pretty minimal.  We need more physicians on social media fighting some of the questionable medical information out there.  It's never too late to start posting.

😊 For those wondering why I use the smiley faces to cover the faces of my wife and five-year-old son, it's not because they're in witness protection program or they're not real—it is just out of respect for their privacy.
