our LAST Reset Ride intheglebe this summer 🥲 and it’s gonna be a GOOD ONE! 💝

join us Sunday, September 27th at noon for the ultimate girls day 🍵🤸🏻‍♀️

your ticket includes the pedal party, drink from sistersmartottawa, Lagree reformer class at frameworkottawa …where you’ll be humbled by the lovely alyssacosta_essentials (but in a fun way, you kno?) plus all the eNdoRpHiNs your little heart desires 💖

bring a crew or come solo, we specialize in friend blends on the pedaler 😌👯‍♀️

option to end the day with tacos & a marg at Banditos 🌮 my go-to is the watermelon marg!! 🍉🤤 yes, mocktails are available as well 😚

send this to a friend who would love a Sunday funday this September before we blink and it’s winter 🥶👀 (who said that 🥶👀)
