Just a quick update so nobody panics next week!
The Vellner Program is going to take on a new style starting next week on ardor.fitness.app !

Still lots of the fun training and personalization you’re familiar with but taking on a style I’m excited about that will allow us to narrow our focus a bit and maximize adaptation!

I’ll be bumming around the leaderboard whenever I can and we’ve got fresh challenges coming your way that are just around the corner, so keep a look out 😉.

And if you’re looking for a fresh challenge come try out Ardor. We support all types of training styles and create personalized training with specific goals built around you.
Jump on. The waters nice!
