I keep these in my freezer ready to bake when I’m craving a sweet treat 🤭 

Also, I’ve seen some discourse online lately saying brown butter isn’t good in desserts and I find that deeply upsetting!! I love brown butter because it gives cookies that deep, nutty, almost toffee-like flavor.

And before anyone comes for me in the comments, yes, this recipe accounts for the moisture lost when you brown the butter :)
