How much have you been carrying that no one knows about?

Before the pace of fall picks up and the final months of the year begin asking more of us, we're creating space to pause.

Introducing The Release, a guided evening of breathwork, tea, and journaling created to help you release what no longer serves you and make space for what's next.

🗓 October 14
🕖 7–8 PM ET

Join us from wherever you are, or deepen the experience with our Ritual Kit, featuring a Be Rooted journal and tea from Adjourn, delivered before the event.

If you've been craving a moment to exhale, we'd love to gather with you.
