The interesting part wasn’t that the company failed the test.

Before we looked at the site through an AI lens, there wasn’t much that seemed wrong with it.

The site looked polished. The work was strong. The services were there. A human could click around and understand what the company did pretty quickly.

AI had a harder time putting the full picture together.

When we tested recommendations, it surfaced the wrong company.

One of the services the team most wanted to grow was difficult to find unless you already knew what to search for.

The homepage explained what the business offered, but it still relied on the visitor to connect each service to the specific problem they were trying to solve.

Even some of the strongest case studies were missing context that helps an AI system decide whether a result is current, credible, and specific enough to repeat.

None of those issues made the website feel broken.

They did show us where AI was getting stuck.

Getting ready for 2027 may mean adding new AI features to your site. In many cases, though, the first step is reviewing what’s already there and finding the places where your content leaves too much open to interpretation.

That can change what you choose to fix first.

If you’re wondering how your own site would hold up, book a quick UX of AI consult with Stellar at the link in our bio. We will help you see where AI is losing the thread and which changes would make the biggest difference.
