Ian Bakker is a fifth-year senior serving his second season as section leader. At U-M, he is studying computer science and computer engineering, with minors in math and music. “The most important quality in a leader is to truly care about the people that you lead and what you all participate in, and to want the best experience for everyone.”⁠

Zach McCain is a fifth-year senior serving his second season as rank leader. At U-M, he is studying sports management with goals to work in basketball analytics for a collegiate or professional team. “Being a leader in the MMB has taught me how to show a more vulnerable side. It’s important to have empathy with those around you, share your own mistakes, and help them know they’re not alone.”⁠

Luke Viskupic is a junior serving his first season as rank leader. At U-M, he is studying instrumental music education with goals to become a music teacher. “Being a leader in the MMB has taught me the importance of patience and trusting the process.”⁠
