Goan green masala prawn Pulao 🍤❤️
Ingredients for the green masala paste
3 - 4 green chilli
1 cup coriander
4 cloves 
2 cardamom 
1 inch cinnamon stick 
1 inch garlic
5-6 garlic pods
1/2 tsp jeera 
Grind all these together for the green masala paste

For the pulao 
2 cups rice
1 cup medium sized prawns
3 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
Bay leaf, cloves, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, oil to fry, haldi powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, coriander to garnish 
Water according to your rice 

Marinate the prawns with salt, haldi and a tbsp of the green masala
