Adam Malmberg from Dunrobin Distilleries is back behind the bar - and this time he’s putting a local spin on the Paper Plane Cocktail. ✈️🥃

This modern classic is all about balance: bright citrus, smooth whisky, and layered bittersweet flavour.

For his version, Adam brings together:

🥃 Beaver’s Dram Canadian Whisky from Dunrobin Distilleries
🌿 Ariana Amaro from Epoca Distinct Spirits
🍊 Arancella from Epoca Distinct Spirits
🍋 Fresh lemon juice

Shaken together and served chilled, the result is smooth, citrus-forward, and perfectly balanced — with each ingredient bringing something distinct to the glass.

A modern classic, reimagined with exceptional local spirits.

✨
Bright.
Bittersweet.
Made in Ottawa.
