+ Great north woods, NH (Early October): Don’t miss Table Rock hike to see views of Dixville Notch, Colebrook Falls, Weeks State Park and the town of Lancaster.

+ East Burke + Saint Johnsbury (NEK) (Early October): Don’t miss hiking Lake Willoughby, the Museum of Every Day Life and the Dog Chapel.

+ Littleton, NH (Early-Mid October): Don’t miss Chutters for the nations longest candy counter, Artists Bluff (try to go mid week or early morning for less crowds) and any hike in Franconia Notch.

+ Stowe, VT (Early-Mid-October): Don’t miss hiking Sterling Pond or Mt. Mansfield. Take the gondola up if you’re not a hiker. I love the farmers market here and the vibes in town.
