By the Numbers: A year of working with farmhousebrew_  in Monrovia, IN. 📊 

I started with Farm House Brew as a barista, looking to fill my free time while on the job hunt ☕  It wasn’t long before I started lending my social & marketing efforts to their digital platforms. By increasing post volume, elevating content quality, and practicing consistency, I saw increased engagement, views and reach across all platforms. 📈 

Numbers like these reflect buy-in from the top down. I had total trust in my strategy from ownership, staff participation in content creation and ideation, and could pull my coworkers in for brainstorming content ideas and feedback on deliverables. 🤝
