Argentinian-inspired steakhouse… for BRUNCH?! 🥩🍳✨

Piedra Santa has brought its Argentine-inspired flavors to weekend mornings, and this is definitely not your average brunch menu.

We kicked things off properly with Breakfast Shots, complete with strips of bacon 🥓, plus a frothy Matcha Martini and the perfect Latte. Then came the absolutely gorgeous, cucumber-wrapped Patagonia Salad, layered with butter blossom lettuce, radicchio, pear, strawberry, caramelized walnuts, blue cheese and champagne vinaigrette. 🥒🍓

For the main event:

🍳 Carne Asada Benedict with seasoned beef, poached eggs, corn cake, poblano sauce and pico de gallo
🍝 Breakfast Carbonara with spaghetti, crispy pork belly, a soft poached egg and Calabrian chili oil
🥩 Milanesa a Caballo, a thinly breaded beef milanesa topped with two eggs

And because brunch deserves dessert, we finished with the Dulce de Leche French Toast topped with vanilla cream foam. 🤎

Piedra Santa is rooted in Argentine flavors and best known for its premium meats and open-flame steakhouse experience, so I love seeing that identity carried into a creative brunch menu. We already can’t wait to return for dinner!

Brunch is served Friday–Sunday, 7 AM–2 PM. 🥂
