3.5 weeks of pushing through low carbs, exhaustion, doubt, and some of the hardest days I’ve put myself through. I stepped on that stage with one goal, give everything I had.

Walking away as the Men’s Physique Overall Winner still doesn’t feel real.

Proof that when you stay disciplined, trust God, and keep showing up, you can surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.
