✨ MEET JAMIE ✨

If there’s one person on KFT who’s always thinking about how we can improve, grow, and get better results, it’s Jamie.

As our Director of Sales, Jamie works closely with the team on the strategy behind the conversations from accountability and goal implementation to scripting, objection handling, conversion support, and identifying new target areas through analytics. In other words, he helps turn big goals into an actual plan. 📈

And with 40 years of sales leadership experience across the retail and industrial sectors, he brings an impressive amount of experience to the table. Jamie has a knack for coaching people through challenges, spotting opportunities, and finding a different approach when the obvious one isn’t working.

That coaching mindset is nothing new, either. He spent 30 years coaching soccer, so helping people develop, stay accountable, and work toward a common goal comes pretty naturally. ⚽

Outside of work, Jamie is a big traveller with 100+ trips to Mexico under his belt and an even bigger animal lover, having adopted seven rescue dogs over the years. ✈️🐾

Whether he’s helping an agent work through an objection, digging into numbers for a new neighbourhood, or keeping the team focused on the bigger picture, Jamie brings experience, perspective, and plenty of energy to KFT.

We’re very lucky to have him helping push the team forward. 🤍
