ROAMING WITH RESTLESS WOMEN ... 

I loved joining Julie Noonan on the Roaming with Restless Women podcast for a wildly honest conversation about team dynamics, navigating change , building resilience , what restlessness is trying to tell and and remaining fully alive as we age.

Having led resilience programs since 2017 I see this superpower not as ‘ bouncing back ‘  I see and experience it as ‘ adapting forward ‘. 

 It’s actually “system upgrade” - we don’t return  to who we were before disruption, we  integrate what we have  learnt  and evolve  into the next version of ourselves, one that remains calm and optimistic when challenges and change come along knowing that ‘ we will find a way’ ... just like water! 

We  explored RESTLESSNESS . Is it something we are running away from or a deeper calling pulling us towards a more meaningful, authentic version of ourselves.
