One of my key takeaways was the 4D AI Fluency Framework:
🔹 Delegation — deciding what work should be done by humans and what can be delegated to AI
🔹 Description — communicating clearly with AI about the desired outcome and approach
🔹 Discernment — critically evaluating AI outputs and processes
🔹 Diligence — using AI responsibly, transparently and accountably
As I continue building my knowledge across SAP Business AI, SAP BTP and enterprise AI architecture, these foundations reinforce an important principle for me: successful enterprise AI is not only about using powerful models—it is also about applying them effectively, responsibly and with appropriate human judgment.
