We’re talking eggs, noodles, cabbage, bacon / beef, etc. it is a very popular comfort food served in Japan. 🇯🇵 trust me, one dish and it will fill you up. 

(by the way, this is Hiroshima style okonomiyaki, not Osaka style) 

You then use a little metal spatula to cut bite-sized square pieces to eat. And don’t forget the mayo and the savory okonomiyaki sauce on top (it’s on every table and it’s not complete without it, trust me). ✨😮‍💨🤌🏽
