✨𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙉 𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙀𝙎 𝙂𝙔𝙐𝙆𝘼𝙏𝙎𝙐✨🥢🥩 the last time I had gyukatsu, I was in Tokyo (and waited in line for over an hour 😅) but Houston finally opened up ryorilab.tx that serves them !!! 

If you never had gyukatsu before, it’s a breaded beef cutlet that’s fried until crispy on the outside while staying rare in the inside. It’s served with a sizzling hot stone, so you can cook each bite to your preferred doneness right at your table ✨🔥🥌 

They serve premium gyukatsu (including Japanese A5 Wagyu for just $31.90 for 4 oz. which is insane 👀) !!! 

“Ryori” means cooking in Japanese, and the restaurant is inspired by the idea of culinary lab (blending traditional Japanese techniques with creativity to reimagine Japanese classic comfort dishes) ✨ 

While gyukatsu is the star and must get on the menu, the menu also carries ranej, Japanese teishoku set meals, bento boxes, curry, matcha, dessert, and so much more.
